With that said, I will not ship a damaged product and I will not release an unfinished set. If you order a product from me and you receive it damaged, no worries! Contact me and I will work to get you a new product and resolve the issue of the damaged product. All issues must be sent to me via email (either through this site or directly) within seven (7) business days of receiving the item. All items are shipped with tracking. A damaged product is the only return I will accept. Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging are mandatory.
